Crispy Masala Dosa | Masala Dosa | South Indian Style

In the present day’s recipe is South India’s hottest dish “Masala Dosa

Substances of Masala Dosa :

For Dosa Batter of Masala Dosa :

 

  • Rice                              – 250 gms
  • Urad Dal                        – 75 gms
  • Fenugreek Seeds          – 1 tbsp

For Masala of Masala Dosa :

 
  • Potato                                        – 2 Massive (Boiled)
  • Onion                                         – 1 Small Chopped
  • Inexperienced Chilli                   – 3 Chopped
  • Ginger Paste                              – 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves                              – 7 to eight
  • Mustard Seeds                          – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder                       – 1/2 tsp
  • Crimson Chilli Powder               – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt                                            – As per style
  • Oil                                             – 4 tbsp

 

Preparation Technique of Masala Dosa :

 

First, we are going to put together the batter for that wash the rice 1-2 instances with plain water likewise, wash the urad daal and fenugreek Seeds 1-2 instances. Now soak them in water for 3 hrs after 3 hrs they’re soaked in water grind them to an advantageous paste maintain apart for five hrs to get fermented after 5 hrs it’s nicely fermented add water to regulate consistency.

Now we are going to put together masala for the dosa take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil in its warmth it adds Mustard seeds and adds ginger paste and inexperienced chili. Saute it and when ginger turns in to mild pink color add chopped onion, don’t prepare dinner onion so overcook. Once we see the onion is changed into mild pink color and cooked add curry leaves in it and saute it. Now it is time to add boiled potatoes add salt, turmeric, and pink chili powder combine it nicely cowl it, and permit it to prepare dinner masala/stuffing is able to flip off the fuel flame.

 

Masala Dosa Stuffing

 

Take a Tava and warmth it sprinkles some water on it and clears the floor with tissue paper or a bit of fabric. That is the method to make the dosa crispy. Now unfold the batter and apply oil on the corners and within the middle unfold masala/stuffing on it fold from either side.
